01. This is an application filed by the opposite parties under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to set aside the impugned order dated 16.12.2014 in CC No. 455 of 2014 on the file of the District Forum I, Hyderabad.
02. . On the previous date of hearing it is recorded that right from November, 2016 there had been no representation for the appellants even on single occasion even though the matter had undergone several adjournments and hence adjourned as last chance and it was made clear that no further adjournment will be given. The same is the case today also. No representation for the counsel for the appellant even though the matter is posted as last chance. Hence the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
