Record is put up by the put up petition of the complainant.

Complainant has authorized his father Chand Mohan Chakraborty to conduct his case and to that effect an affidavit has been filed mentioning authorization and that was duly notarized by concerned notary public and in the said application, it is categorically mentioned in the application which also the part of authorization that complainant does not want to proceed further on the grounds stated therein.

It is also stated that O.P. verbally requested to have sitting discussion with the complainant for amicable settlement of dispute and as such complainant does not want to proceed further with this case.

Heard the Ld. Advocate of the complainant and Chand Mohan Chakraborty being the authorized person of the complainant and they submitted that let there be an order for withdrawal of this case.

Heard. Considered.

When complainant is ready to withdraw the case certainly this Commission will not stand in his way as a hindrance. Accordingly, complainant is permitted to withdraw this case at his own risk and peril.

However, it is to be noted that in future, complainant is not permitted to file any fresh case on the self same cause of action of this case.

Thus, the record need not to be put up on 31.08.2023.
