The complainant and the OP No-1 are present and have filed haziras. OP No-1 has filed a petition with prayer to drop the case on the ground that after negotiation with the complainant, he has deposited A/C cheque for Rs. 7000/- to be drawn in I.D.B.I Bank. The complainant has received the copy stating that he has no objection if the case is dropped as because OP has given the cheque.

                A memo has been filed by the complainant to drop the case as withdrawn as becuse the matter has been settled between him and OP No-1 and he has already the settled amount of Rs. 7000/- by way of A/C cheque. In the above premises , the case is dropped as withdrawn.
