Although these Applications have been styled as Applications, seeking clarification of our orders dated 08.05.2015 and 17.07.2015, but, in essence, these Applications are seeking review of our order dated 19.12.2016.

Having heard Ms. Jyoti, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, at some length and perused the order dated 19.12.2016, in our view, the Applications are beyond the scope of power of review, vested in this Commission under Section 22(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Consequently, the Applications are dismissed accordingly.
