Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellants inspite of several calls, whereas learned counsel            Sh. Vibhore Goyal for respondent has appeared.

A perusal of the previous order sheet has shown that neither the counsel for the appellants, nor the appellants themselves have appeared for placing the arguments before the Commission.

It appears that the appellants do not want to contest the appeal. Hence, in this circumstance, it is proper to dismiss the appeal in the absence of appellants.

In the interest of justice, the appeal is hereby dismissed on account of absence of the appellants. No order as to costs. Impugned judgment of the District Commission concerned is hereby affirmed.  

Original record be remitted back to the concerned District Commission with the copy of this order for perusal and necessary information.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.
