Case record taken up today for hearing. Complainant is absent on call. Learned counsel for O.P 3,4 are present and urged to dismissed the complaint as the complainant is not appearing on the date fixed for hearing intentionally.

Heard. Perused the previous order. It appears that the complainant is remaining absent consistently. No evidence as prescribed under C.P Act, 2019 is adduced by the complainant to substantiate his claim. Law is well settled that mere pleading may not be taken as evidence. Onus lies on the complainant to prove the allegation made against the O.Ps .But here in this case the complainant has failed to prove the allegation made in the complaint petition. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
