                The complainant in this case last appeared on 02.03.2020. The OP is also not appearing in this matter since then. Even reply is still to be filed by the OP.  We find from the record an application filed by the OP wherein it is submitted that the insolvency proceedings against it  are pending  before the NCLT.  In view of the above development, the matter is adjoured sine die with permission to the complainant to get it revived as and when the need arises.
