Both members of the Forum are present. The Petitioner -Rahul Das is present. He has been
examined ex parte. This claim for an amount of Rs. 4500.00 be recovered from the Opp. Parties
jointly and severally with interest thereon at the rate of 10 percent p.a. from the date of the
application till full payment is prim- facie established by ex-parte evidence including the Exhibit1
money deposit receipt. The claim petition is allowed ex parte. The Opp. Parties are ordered to pay
the amount of Rs. 4500.00 to the petitioner with interest thereon at the rate of 10 percent from the
date of application till full payment.
