The complainant stated in his plaint that on 30/01/2021 he recharged his phone with Rs. 2,399/- (Rupees Two Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Nine) only for 365 days from his My JIO App and from February, 2021 itself the complainant faced problem at the time of making

call for which he faced problems and for the same reason on 17/01/2022 the complainant did not make any contact with his Stock Exchange Broker from 9:16 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. for selling some of his shares of TATA Motors Ltd. and faced a loss of Rs. 17,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand) only. The complainant also stated in his plaint that after that several times he made contact with the O.P.s but did not get any cooperation and support from the O.P.’s end. For this reason the complainant filed this case against the O.P.s before this Commission.
The O.P. contested the case by filing W.V and denied all the materials of fact.
On 08/02/2023 the complainant filed a petition where he stated that this matter has been amicably settled outside of this Hon’ble Commission and the complainant do not have any further demand or grievance against the O.P.s regarding this instance issue and the O.P.s raised no objection regarding the disposal of the case. So, the Consumer Case No. 13/2022 has dropped.

That the Complaint Case No. 13/2022 u/s 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 filed by the complainant, Sri Janmejay Ganguly is disposed of without cost.
