Complainant is absent without any step.

The case is fixed for Admission hearing.

It appears from the record that the complaint was filed by the complainant on 29-09-2022 and it was fixed for Admission hearing on 17-10-2022. On that date no step was taken by the complainant and the case was adjourned to 23-11-2022 for Admission hearing and the complainant also failed to take any steps on that date and again the case was fixed on 23-11-2022 for Admission hearing with production of original documents but on that date also the complainant was not present and finally the case has been fixed today for Admission hearing with the direction for production of original documents I/D necessary order will be passed.

The Commission cannot suo-motu admit the complaint without any supporting documents.

Hence it is ordered……..

That the case stands dismissed as not admitted.

Copy of this Judgement be given to the parties free of cost.
