ORDER

Order dated 24.10.2008 Advocates for both the parties present. The learned Advocate for the complainant submits that, the complainant has received share certificates from the opposite party and therefore the matter has been settled and the complainant has got the relief. However, the learned Advocate for the complainant submits that the opposite party has to pay the cost of the present proceedings. In view of the submission of the Advocates for the parties, the matter is closed as settled between the parties. It is up to the parties to settle the matter in respect of the payment of costs.
