O R D E R

 

RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER

 

 

1.                Today the present complaint is fixed for recording evidence of complainants, however while conducting the proceedings, complainant alongwith his counsel made a statement that due to certain technical ground he do not want to continue with the present complaint and he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. However, after removing the technical defects he will file a fresh complaint for which he may be permitted for the same on the same cause of action.

2.                In view of the statement made by learned complainant, present complaint is accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing all the technical defects. However, limitation would not be rider to file fresh complaint.
