Mohinder Singh Tanwar     versus Jindal Reality Pvt Ltd.

 Present :                 Sh. Mohinder Singh Tanwar( Advocate ) complainant in person.

                                Sh. Sahil Mangla Advocate (autghorized to give statement on behalf of Ops thorugh authorization  letter Ex.R-1) for the Ops.

           Order:

                           On the previous date, both the parties had sought adjournment in the present case for compromise. Today Learned counsel for the Op has placed on the file authorization letter Ex.R-1 authorizing him to give statement on behalf of the Ops.

2.                 Both the complainant as well as Sh. Sahil Mangla Advocate have made a joint statement that he parties have settled their dispute in view of settlement/compromise Ex.S-1. They have further stated that the case may kindly be disposed of as per compromise Ex.S-1. Joint statement of both the parties has been reduced into writing.

3.            Heard. Compromise Ex.S-1 perused. In view of the joint statement of both the parties and in view of the compromise Ex.S-1 placed on the file, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised by the parties. The compromise Ex.S-1 shall form a part and parcel of this order. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
