Reply to the application not filed by complainant. Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that he has no objection if the application moved by OP No.3 for setting aside exparte proceedings is allowed.

In view of the statement suffered by counsel for complainant, the application for setting aside exparte order and proceedings is allowed and OP No.3 is permitted to join the proceedings from the present stage.

At the same time Sh. Naval Goyal, Advocate learned counsel for OP No.3 has suffered a statement that the opposite party No.3 is ready to give free service to the AC of the complainant as per the guidelines of the company. The free service to the AC of the complainant will be given by OP No.3 in the month of April, 2022 as per the request of the complainant.

Sh. Deepinder Kumar, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by counsel for OP No.3. He agrees with the same. He does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.

In view of the statements suffered by counsel for complainant and OP No.3 the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to OP No.3 to give free service to the AC of the complainant in the Month of April, 2022. The parties will be bound by their statements. Copy of the orders be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules and file be consigned to record.
