Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Shri Sultan Singh, complainant in person alongwith Sh.       Narinder Jattu Advocate.

Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-2.

                 

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OPs-1 & 3.

                At this stage, Learned counsel for the OP-2 has suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromise, OP-2  company ready to pay the depreciated invoice amount i.e. Rs.14.500/ within 45 days from the date of receipt of order, subject to the deposit of old unit with all accessories.  

                On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate a statement to the effect that the matter has been compromise with the OP-2 and as per the statement of the learned counsel for the OP-2, he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

               In view of statement of the learned counsel for both parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
