Complainant and Counsel for opposite party present before the Mediator and the matter settled between the parties as per the terms agreed between the parties in the Memorandum of Agreement(MOA).  Mediator filed report and Memorandum of Agreement stating that the matter has been settled.

In view of the above, the complaint is disposed of as settled.  The Memorandum of Agreement dated 15.11.2024 shall form part of the order.
