On the last date, Counsel for the OP filed copy of Full and Final Settlement Deed in respect of the present complaint duly executed by the complainant. On the last date also none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Today also none has come present on behalf of the complainant. So it appears that the complainant has settled the matter with the opposite parties vide full and final settlement deed filed by the opposite parties. Consequently, the present complaint is dismissed having been compromised or settled between the parties. File be consigned to the record room.
