It appears from perusal of the record that, the applicant has moved an application dated 29/11/2017, which is signed by the applicant and her Counsel. The applicant has mentioned in her application that, she has received a sum of Rs.1,10,633/- from the opposite party in full satisfaction and there is no outstanding amount for recovery from the opposite party. In view of the aforesaid facts, there is no justification for further proceedings in the present case. The case is dismissed in full satisfaction. Let record be consigned.
