ORDER

As the allegation raised in the complaint is in connection with vodafone tariff/bills, the remedy under Consumer Protection Act is by Implication barred in the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 01.09.2009 in Civil Appeal No. 7687 of 2004 between General Manager, Telecom & M. Krishnan & others. Hence complaint is returned to the complainant for presentation before proper authority for redressal of grievance if any. Complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.
