            Today matter is listed for arguments on admission. However perusal of the record shows that matter pertains to education. The present complaint is not maintainable in view of the law settled by Hon’ble National Commission in landmark judgment of Manu Solanki Vs Vinayaka Mission University I (2020) CPJ 210 (NC) passed on 20.01.2020. Hence the complaint is dismissed being not maintainable before this Commission. Complainant is at liberty to file the same before appropriate Court. File be consigned to record room.
