Today is fixed for taking step by the complainant in the light of order no.23 dated 04/07/2023. Both sides are found absent. On call complainant is found absent and nobody appears for the complainant. No step has been taken by the complainant. It appears from the case record that on 30/05/2023 complainant was directed to file show-cause. On 04/07/2023 show-cause has been filed by complainant but once again the complainant is found absent. All these factors are clearly reflecting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. In the result,

it is accordingly

that the complainant case be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission. No order is passed as to cost.
