 [1]    This complaint was lying on sine-die list which was taken out.  Notices were issued to both the parties.  Notice is duly served on the complainant.  However, none is present for the complainant.   None is present for the opponent.  On last date, one Adv.Suresh Sharma appeared for the opponents and stated that another matter with this opponent having identical claim has been settled.

[2     Today, complainant failed to appear before this Commission without any sufficient reason in spite of receipt of notice.  It is not desirable to prolong the old matter when the complainant is not interested to contest the complaint diligently.  Hence, complaint stands dismissed in default.  No order as to costs.
