This case has been filed by the M/s Express auto service through its Proprietor, Sri Rajkumar Himmatsighka, Main road Dumka town, Ps and District Dumka against the O.Ps (No. 1 Jharkhand State Electricity Board through Electrical Executive engineer, Electrical supply Divisional, Mahuadangal, Dumka & 2 Assistant Electrical Engineer, Electrical Supply Division, Mahuadangal, Dumka) under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

In the facts and circumstances aforesaid, we direct the O.P (J.S.E.B) to get prepare revised bill on the basis of actual consumption as per meter reading from the date of installment of functioning meter i.e. from 04.02.2002. Any payment made by the complainant during the said period shall be adjusted in the revised bill.

This will be done within one month by the O.P. The amount of such prepared bill shall be paid by the complainant to the O.P within one week.

There shall be no order of coat or any compensation in the facts and circumstances of the case.

The office is directed to supply a copy of the order to the parties or to their respective lawyers free of cost. The case is decided accordingly.
