Complainant is absent since long. Notice has been issued to the complainant from the commission office which could not be served to the complainant due to insufficient address. There is no chance of appearance of complainant. In this case best effort has been taken by this commission. From the conduct of complainant it transpires that he has lost his interest in this case. 

                                Hence the case is dismissed for default. Keep the record in the record room.
