          Heard both parties.  As agreed by both parties,  opposite party is directed to pay Rs.5,50,000/- with interest @ 6% p.a from the date

 

of complaint (7/6/2010) till payment.  Time for payment one month.  The opposite parties shall draw a demand draft for the said amount in favour of the complainant and deposit the same before this Commission.  Appeal is disposed of as found above.
