ORDER

Per Shri S.R. Khanzode - Hon'ble Presiding Judicial Member:

 

Heard. 

   

As per the statement made in paragraph no.5 of the complaint, Mr.R. Sridhar had brought two tickets from Jet Airways- Opposite Party No.1 for traveling from Mumbai to Chennai by Jet Flight No.9W 461 departing at 07.30 hours.  Thus, the Consumer by any stretch of imagination would be Mr.R.Sridhar in his personal capacity. Complaint is lodged by M/s.Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited and the authority letter is given by Mr.K. Prakash, Vice President (Corporate Affairs) & Company Secretary, of the same Company authorizing Mr. K. Suresh, Manager (Administration) to file this complaint. M/s.Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd., is not a consumer so far as the transaction is concerned.  Under the circumstances, present complaint cannot be entertained as consumer dispute.  Hence, the order:

 

O  R  D  E  R

 

     (i)       Complaint stands rejected.

 

    (ii)       No order as to costs.
