          The complainant has not placed correct address of opposite party No. 1 despite several opportunities. Case called several times since morning, but none has put the presence on behalf of complainant, It is 3.59 P.M. case called for last time. Neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared before this Commission. It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the complaint as four years have since been elapsed but the complainant is failed to furnish the correct address of Opposite party No. 1. Hence, complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
