ORDER

     Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OP No.1. A cheque of Rs.106614/- has been handed over by the learned counsel for OP No.1 to the learned counsel for complainant today and he has received the same. Photocopy of the cheque has been retained on record. The learned counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the photocopy of cheque that he withdraws the execution application being fully satisfied subject to realization of cheque. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
