                    In view of separate joint statement of Shri lalit Kumar complainant and Shri Mohit Aggarwal advocate for the opposite party no.2 the dispute is settled between the parties and as per the settlement the opposite party no.2 shall pay a sum of Rs.33,900/- to the complainant as full and final settlement within 30 days. Complainant shall return old Television set.

                   In default of payment in time the opposite party no.2 is liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from the date of order till actual realization. The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be given Dasti.  File be consigned to record.
