2.                 DH has made a statement, recorded separately, that he has received Cashier’s Order No.794035 dated 10.07.2024 of Rs.21,711/- drawn at Hongkong & Sanghai Banking Corporation Ltd. from JD side and withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied.

2.                 In view of the above statement, present execution petition stands disposed of being dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the records, in due course.
