Aforesaid Complainant filed this case against the aforesaid O.P praying for direction to the O.P to refund the amount of the Complainant i.e. Rs. 7,300/- with interest @18% p.a., Rs. 4,000/- as compensation, litigation cost and other reliefs i.e. total claim is Rs. 11,300/- + Interest and cost.    

Complainant and his Ld. Advocate are present.  Mr. Susanta Dalai, Service Manager of O.P No. 1 is present and he is representing O.P No. 1.

Case is placed before this 3^rd National LOK ADALAT.

Case is taken up for discussion. After thorough discussion it is settled that O.P No. 1 will pay Rs. 4,475/-(four thousand four hundred seventy five) in favour of the  Complainant and Complainant agreed to accept the same and Complainant relinquished his all other claims.

Hence it is,

ORDERED

                That the dispute is settled today with the amount of Rs. 4,475/- (four thousand four hundred seventy five) and O.P No. 1 paid the said amount in favour of the Complainant and Complainant received the same and he relinquished his all other claims.

Returned the case record to the Commission.
