                   Complaint presented today. It is checked and registered.

                    The counsel for complainant made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint reserving his right of fresh filing and prayed for to return the original documents, if any, on file. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law. Original documents, if any, attached with the present complaint, be returned to the complainant after retaining copy of the same on file.
