Final Order / Judgement

The OP no. 1 files hazira. But neither the complainant nor his Ld. Lawyer is present today and did not take any steps also.

 

On perusal of the letter which is kept in record, we informed that the above complaint was filed by one unknown person in the name of Complainant (who sent this letter) by forging the thumb impression of the complainant.

 

In the above circumstances, in the absence of the complainant and his Ld. Lawyer and on the basis of the prayer portion of that letter; this case is finally dropped.
