          I have settled the complaint with Karbonn (OP-2) and have received a total amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) vide cheque no. 608700 dated 29.09.2018 from Karbonn (OP-2), as full and final settlement.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Dheeraj Singh, Counsel for Karbonn (OP-2) has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have received a total amount of        Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) vide cheque no. 608700 dated 29.09.2018 from Karbonn (OP-2), as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
