Present:         Sh. Ashutosh Kumar, Counsel for the Appellant along with Sh. Harjinder Kumar, AR of the Appellant.

                     Respondent in person.

        Counsel for the appellant has filed vakalatnama.

After some arguments, parties state that they have amicably settled the matter.

        Counsel for the appellant after taking instructions from the AR of the appellant states that in full and final settlement of the case, appellant has no objection if the amount deposited in this Commission i.e. 56,000/- in the form of FDR be released in favour of the respondent provided the respondent returns the Motor Cycle to the appellant as per direction given in impugned order.

        Respondent has agreed to the same and he states that he shall return the Motor Cycle to the appellant within 1 week from today.

        On providing the receipt of having returned the Motor Cycle in the Registry, the FDR deposited in this Commission be released in favour of the respondent.

        Appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement between the parties.

        File be consigned to record room.
