Complainant takes no steps.

            O.Ps file haziras.

            Perused the case record it appears that the complainant did not turn up since 13/09/2023 without taking any steps. It also appears that the complainant was directed to file show cause on 26/12/2023 but he did not turn up. Then again the date was shifted to 05/01/2024 but today complainant does not file any show cause nor appear in this case. Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps submits that the complainant will not proceed the case as he has suppressed the material facts before this Commission and his vehicle (Jeep) has already been taken away by the company. So considering the conduct of the case as well as the submission of the O.Ps we find that there is no need to proceed the case further. Hence, it is;

Ordered

that the instant case be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.
