Ajay Versus Jeenu Mobile

                    Shri Kuldeep Sharma, Manager on behalf of JD/OP No.2

          Shri Kudeep Sharma, Manager appearing on behalf of JD No.2 made statement that he has received the Mobile Hand Set along with its Accessories from the DH and has tendered the cheque amounting to Rs.28776/-.

          Counsel for the DH has also made statement that he has received a cheque amounting to Rs.28776/- from the JDs and do not want to proceed with the sent execution petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement made by counsel for the DH, present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to both the parties, free of costs and the file be consigned to the record room.
