Perused review application No. 55/2010 which is filed against order dated 14.01.2010 passed in RP No. 3220/2009. When RP No. 3220/2009 was taken up on 14.01.2010, on written request of petitioner to consider the matter on basis of evidence on record, he being handicapped to attend the proceeding, revision petition on consideration, was accordingly dismissed on merit. There does not appear to be any error apparent on face of record requiring reconsideration of the matter. Review application is accordingly dismissed with no order as to cost.
