During the course of arguments, counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 will get prepared the RC of the vehicle of the complainant without charging any amount from the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order. Complainant got recorded his statement that he accepts this statement of the

counsel for the opposite party No.1 and order may be passed accordingly.
Resultantly, this complaint is disposed of with direction to the opposite party No.1 to get prepared the RC of the vehicle of the complainant without charging any further amount from the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order and hand over the same to the complainant. Keeping in view peculiar circumstances of the case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
