    Today, the complainant has made the following statement:-    

Stated that there is some technical defect in framing the complainant and I withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the basis of same cause of action.

    In view of above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defect, if any. Copy of order will be supplied by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar as per rules. File be sent back to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar.
