The case record is taken up to-day before the 2^nd national Lok Adalat as posted earlier. complainant personally present and filed hazira. it is seen that an earlier date complainant had filed petition for nonprescription of cc case as the matter has amicable letter between the parties and Ops have also no arbitration with and accordingly the matter is dropped to-day in 2^nd National Adalat is view of compromise between the parties.
