The complaint has been filed by the complainants U/S 12 Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties for selling a defective cylinder which blasted along with prayer to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards detective cylinder supply and to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards medical expenses and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-towards pain and suffering and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards mental and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards permanent disfigurement and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards medical expenses with 18% interest.
Complainant not present. Sufficient opportunities given. Hence complaint dismissed for default. No cost.
