Shri Sandeep Sheoran, partner of Jaya Automobiles.

                    On the request of the parties, their statement recorded separately.  The JD has agreed to replace the Chassis of the motor cycle to remove the defect.  The DH has agreed to the offer of the JD.

                    Both the parties have requested to make appropriate order for the change of chassis number in the registration certificate of motor cycle as well as in the Registering Authority, Bhiwani.  Accordingly, Registering Authority, Bhiwani is directed to make necessary changes in the chassis number of motor cycle No. HR-16N-2006 standing in the name of the complainant, as per rules.

                    Both the parties shall be bound by their statement.  Accordingly, the execution application of the DH is disposed of. File be consigned to the record room.
