                   Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.15 pm.  Further wait is not justified.  . It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  Therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of non prosecution.  Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
