ORDER

            Since no appearance has been entered by the complainant post Covid, directions were also issued by the Bench in hearing held on 10.08.2023 to issue Court Notice to the complainant to appear and address arguments on maintainability of the complaint on grounds of territorial jurisdiction. However, complainant failed to appear despite court notice sent to him on 02.11.2023.  Quoram not inclined to accommodate complainant any further, for willful non appearance and non compliance the case is dismissed in default. File be consigned to record room.
