Heard A.R. for OP-1. None for complainant appeared. Notice through speed post issued to the complainant could not be delivered to the complainant as per track report. There is no other address of the complainant on the record.

Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 11.05.2016, 03.08.2016, 05.10.2016 & 06.12.2016 consecutively.

It appears that complainant is not interested in persuing her case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.
