ORDER

Respondent/complainant purchased a truck after getting a loan of Rs.7Lacs from the petitioner.  Complainant paid more than Rs.6,50,000/-.  For default in making the balance payment, petitioner allegedly seized the truck.  Aggrieved against which, the respondent filed the complaint before the District Forum.  District Forum allowed the complaint and directed the petitioner to hand over the truck to the complainant within 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of orders.

-2-

The State Commission by an interim order during the pendency of the appeal has directed the petitioner to hand over the vehicle to the respondent on payment of Rs.50,000/- to secure the principal amount.  Rs.1 Lac as demanded by the petitioner has been paid by the respondent by way of interest during the pendency of the proceedings before the fora below.

Petitioner/opposite party has filed this revision petition challenging interim order passed by the State Commission.  We find no infirmity in the interim order passed by the State Commission.  Petitioner has been paid Rs.7,50,000/- and the State Commission by the impugned order has directed the respondent to pay another sum of Rs.50,000/-.  The order passed by the State Commission is just and appropriate and does not call for any interference.  Dismissed.
