Learned counsel for respondents states that in view of the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No (s).8314-8315 of 2010 (PUDA [NOW GLADA]  Vs. NARINDER SINGH NANDA,  respondents have no objection if the revision petition is allowed and the complaint filed by the complainants is dismissed.  However, liberty may be granted to the respondents/complainants to avail their legal remedy before the appropriate forum available under the law.

2.       In view of above statement given by learned counsel for respondents, present revision filed by the petitioner stands allowed and complaint filed by the respondents before the District Forum stands dismissed.  However, liberty, as prayed by the respondents, is granted.

3.       With these observations, the present revision petition is disposed of.
