The record is put up today on the stength of a receipt memo dated 23.03.2021 filed by Complainant wherein it is stated that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court and Op.No.1&2 has settled the matter for all O.Ps out of court and he does not want to proceed further against the O.Ps. Perused the receipt memo filed by the complainant and ascertained that the disputes bet ween the parties heave been settled out of court and the complainant does not want to proceed further the O.Ps. Considering the submission of the complainant, we are inclined to close the case. Accordingly, Case is disposed off.
