ORDER

In that view of the matter all the depositors who have filed proceedings before consumer Forums to submit their claims directly to the company so that all the depositors are kept within the scheme to be framed by the company. All these depositors are also directed to submit their claims directly to the company to enable the company to finalise the scheme for payment. The proper procedure to be followed by the complainant is to put forward her claims before the chartered accountant appointed by the calcutta High Court and produce all materials before him in support of the claims put forward by the complainant. Inform the party accordingly.
